Swim Team prep at DSA! 

Swim Team prep has come to DSA! We are excited to offer additional program to help meet the needs of our swimmers looking for a little bit more in swim without the commitment of a club program. 

Coach Stephanie is holding practices on Tuesday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.

2023-2024 season dates
10/3/2023 to 5/16/2024

We require swimmers be able to swim 100yd freestyle and backstroke, 50yd breaststroke and butterfly, know IM and have been exposed to flip and open turns.
